All reservations are subject to availability.

A valid means of identification is required at check-in (e.g. National ID, Voter’s Card, Driver’s License, International Passport).

Room rates are subject to change without prior notice, especially during peak seasons, special events, or promotions.

Check-in time: 2:00 PM

Check-out time: 12:00 PM

Early check-in or late check-out may incur additional charges and is subject to availability.

Full payment is required at check-in unless otherwise agreed.

Accepted payment methods: cash, bank transfer, POS (debit/credit cards).

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before arrival may attract a cancellation fee.

Guests are expected to behave respectfully and responsibly.

Any damage to hotel property caused by a guest (or their visitor) will be charged to the guest’s account.

Illegal activities or disruptive behavior may lead to immediate eviction without a refund.

Visitors are allowed but must leave the premises by 10:00 PM unless registered as overnight guests.

Additional guests staying overnight will be charged accordingly.

Smoking is not permitted in non-smoking rooms. A cleaning fee will apply for violations.

Loud music or disturbance is not allowed, especially during night hours (10:00 PM – 7:00 AM).

Sana Crown Hotel is not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings left unattended.

Guests are encouraged to use the safe (if provided) or check valuable items with the front desk.

Use of the swimming pool, restaurant, and lounge is at the guest's own risk.

Proper swimwear is required at the pool.

Children must be supervised at all times.

Free Wi-Fi is provided for guest use only.

Guests are not permitted to engage in any illegal or harmful activities while using the hotel’s internet services.

Personal information provided by guests is used solely for hotel operations and will not be shared with third parties without consent, unless required by law.
